Key Management
Julia Ntombikayise Hope
is the Founder and Managing Director of HCN. She has
a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications plus
extensive experience at operational and policy levels
in the Telecommunications and Broadcasting fields, which
adds value to HCN and its clients.
Julia has wide and varied
expertise having worked at the Department of Posts and
Telecommunications as the first black microwave engineer,
at Bop Broadcasting as Senior Manager signal distribution,
at Sentech as Senior Manager Satellite Facilities and
as a Councillor of ICASA the communications regulator.
